Los Lonely Boys Opener Lisa Morales

Los Lonely Boys are a Grammy-winning American Chicano rock power trio from San Angelo, Texas. They play a style of music they call "Texican Rock n' Roll," combining elements of rock and roll, Texas blues, brown eyed soul, country, and Tejano. The band consists of three brothers: Henry (guitar, vocals), Jojo (bass, vocals), and Ringo (drums, vocals) Garza and emerged as a group in Nashville in the 1990s.

The group's first single, "Heaven", reached No. 1 on the Adult Contemporary chart and the song won a Grammy.  The band has recorded many popular albums loved by their fiercely loyal fan base. In 2016, they released a cover version of John Fogerty's "Born on the Bayou", which was included in the project Quiero Creedence, a tribute album to Creedence Clearwater Revival by various Latin recording artists.

“We want to make music that brings people together, not music that divides people,” Jojo states. “We’re all about having a good time, but we also make an effort to write about things that really matter.”

Lisa Morales
As a songwriter, Lisa’s songs unfold like masterpiece movies. With a rich and visual command of language – both in English and in Spanish, she captures the emotions of love and loss and all the shades of life in between in such vivid detail. Lisa lets a song’s storyline dictate the sonic approach she takes. She can rock with anyone if that’s what’s called for or she can bring it down to the near whisper of two people sharing a moment that’s intimate and raw. Lisa’s music distills human emotions down to universal truths. She captures a moment - no matter how grand or how small – with such visual and verbal clarity, you see and feel what people in her songs are living in that moment. A rare songwriter and performer of clarity, emotion, and delivery. A artist with insight and vision and an acute ability to share it.
